This Privacy Policy explains how Seathu may collect, use, store, protect, and share information when users access Seathu websites, merchant storefronts, customer accounts, merchant dashboards, AI commerce tools, checkout flows, order-support features, and related services.

This Policy applies to customers, visitors, merchants, store operators, administrators, and any person or entity using Seathu services.

AI responses may not always be complete, current, or error-free. Users should verify important information such as price, stock, order status, payment instructions, delivery timing, and return/refund terms.

Merchants must not misuse customer information, sell customer data, send unrelated spam, or use customer data in a way that violates applicable law or Seathu policy.

Seathu may retain information for as long as needed to provide services, operate accounts, maintain order records, support merchants and customers, comply with legal/tax/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce policies.

Where data is no longer needed, Seathu may delete, anonymize, archive, or restrict access to it according to platform processes and applicable law.
